Service Anniversaries

30th anniversary of Joachim. He has been with us in the grinding shop for over a quarter of a century.

There he takes care of the internal and external surface finishing of our products. In addition to the normal work, Joachim ensures that all orders are produced in the correct sequence and manufactured on time. Operating and setting up the CNC grinding machine are also part of his job. We thank Joachim for his support and wish him all the best for his anniversary. 

As a creative application developer, Timur has been working in the IT department at M&S since 2012, mainly in the development and expansion of individual solutions.

Thanks to his calm and affable manner, Timur has an answer to all support questions and supports all colleagues in the company with his broad expertise. 

Timur pays special attention to our data security and regularly informs all users about the current dangers in the network. As a valued IT employee, we are happy to have him in our team and hope for many more years of competent problem solving.

Today, February 08, Markus has been employed at M&S for a whole decade. From the beginning Markus supports our forming technology. Small quantities, high quantities, special variants or tasks in other areas.

Markus does not shy away from any activity and always works highly concentrated and with a special demand for quality until the job is finished. We would like to thank Markus for his constant, exceptionally high level of reliability and helpfulness over the past ten years and congratulate him warmly on his first 10 years with the company.

As Aristotle once said, "The secret of skill lies in the will," describes Pascal very well. 

He has been employed at M&S since 01.09.2011. From day one, he has supported the machining department, where he still works today. The trained industrial mechanic was prepared by the M&S team on a part-time basis for several months for further training as a machine operator with a focus on metal and plastics technology (IHK) due to his committed will for further training. Due to his reliable way of working as a machine plant operator, he is responsible for ensuring our quality standards and setting up the machines after successfully completing the training.

We thank Pascal for his support and hope for the next 10 years - until then we wish him of course all the best! 

We recently celebrated Siegfried's anniversary, and Hans Kleen is also virtually part of the inventory after 35 years with the company and has been with us since August 1, 1986. Hans is the first contact person in the production department for any questions regarding quality requirements and as an employee of the quality assurance department he is a guarantor for the quality of all M&S products.

As a trained lathe operator and the first apprentice of M&S, Hans is a luminary in his field in all areas of activity of a quality assurance and is more than simply informed about everything from the management of measuring equipment and its application to the possibilities of reworking! We would also like to thank you for your trust and cooperation and hope for many more years together. 

Kim Jansen, like so many at M&S, started her professional career as an apprentice. After successfully completing her training as a cutting machine operator, we were able to take Kim on seamlessly. Today, she sets up our machines, programs them and is responsible for series production without quality restrictions. And she does this at a speed that is impressive.

When Kim started her first day of training, Harm Seehusen also found his way to us. However, Harm already had 30 years of professional experience under his belt at that point. He still uses this experience every day at our milling machines and produces single, special and serial parts for all other production departments for further processing.

We would like to thank you both for a wonderful 10 years at M&S and hope for many more wonderful moments!

Congratulations to Siegfried on his 35th anniversary of service!

Siegfried Meyer joined M&S on July 28, 1986. In his 35 years, Siggi has become acquainted with and assisted in almost all manufacturing areas of the company. For several years now, Siggi has been an integral part of our surface technology department and is employed at the electrolyte bath. Without Siggi's experience our products would not have the gloss and surface finish our customers have come to expect from us. We hope for many more wonderful years with you and thank you for your trust in us!
