First, our new trainees and their family members were welcomed with a piece of cake and a cup of coffee. Afterwards the following points were on the program:
Welcome and introduction of the training managers, presentation of M&S, tour of the company by the second and third year trainees, signing of the training contract, organizational aspects of the training and fitting of the work clothes.
This year we are pleased to provide ten young people with an apprenticeship in the industrial-technical field.
Unfortunately, we were not able to completely fill our contingent of apprenticeship positions because, as with almost all other companies in the region, there is a lack of sufficient applicants.
