Testing until success

As logical as the switch to paper-based cushioning materials is - it is also difficult. Because we first had to do many tests and sample shipments with each of our products until we had determined the optimal quantity, shape and placement of our new packaging pads. 📐
We invested a lot of work and also money here, but now we save on materials, have even better transport protection and reduce the burden on the environment. 🌱
As a reminder: In addition to around 1,000 litres of two-component foam and 100,000 square metres of bubble wrap, we also save a lot of energy for the generation of compressed air that was previously necessary for the bubble wrap. 😉
